The only improvement I think is necessary is adding a hat piece. Not trying to sound stupid on purpose but i looked everywhere for the shape keys after selecting steve and then object data. But you will have to make tweaks to the skin if you are going to use one like Xephos' from the Yogscast. To get to the shape keys pannel select Steve, then look in object data and the shape keys pannel should be in there. Hey, I downloaded this to use for a school project. Have fun!
